This project is the implementation of recommendations from the System Strategic Technology Plan.

Grants funds will move from the SBCTC to the college -- not directly to the grant participant. How the college and the grant participant arrange for release time, stipends or some other arrangement is a local discussion and may be governed by local bargaining agreements. SBCTC will not be involved in those local discussions.
